How to get to your aircraft

After receiving your boarding card, you can head towards the security check. There you will be searched for dangerous items. Your hand luggage will undergo x-ray screening. Mobile phones, laptops, cameras or films will not be damaged. Passengers with pacemakers must advise security staff.

After leaving the security check you have the opportunity to spend some time in the departure lounge until you are called to your gate.

In the newspaper shop you can buy something to read on your flight, a bar offers refreshments and, if you have booked an international flight, you can shop duty free. Our youngest passengers may spend the time in the children’s play corner in the departure lounge.

When your flight is displayed in the departure lounge and announced over the public address system, please head to the gate indicated on your boarding card. From there, you will go via a jetway directly to your aircraft. If there is no jetway available, you will be taken to the plane in our state-of-the-art apron busses.
